Work ScheduleSecond Shift (Afternoons)Environmental ConditionsSome degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)Pay Range: $23 to $242nd shift is Mon – Fri 2pm – 10:30pm.How Will You Make an Impact?:As a Material Handler II, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and finished goods throughout our manufacturing facility, directly supporting our production teams and enabling on-time delivery to our customers worldwide.A Day in the Life:Receive, inspect, and store incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods using warehouse management systems and proper handling protocolsPick, pack, and prepare materials for production lines and finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting delivery schedulesOperate powered industrial equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move materials safely throughout the facilityMaintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and system transactions, supporting just-in-time manufacturing processesFollow strict quality control procedures and cleanroom protocols when handling sensitive high-tech components and instrumentsCollaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve material issues and optimize warehouse workflowsRequirementsEducation:High school diploma or equivalentExperience:Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related fieldPreferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers/forklifts)Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning devicesStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of material handling safety protocols and cleanroom proceduresAbility to read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, and inventory reportsExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasksStrong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teamsPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAbility to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularlyProlonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shiftWork in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levelsForklift certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days of hireMay require working in cleanroom environments with appropriate gowning proceduresWhat We Offer:CompensationCompetitive PayPerformance Related Bonus where eligibleAnnual merit performance-based increaseExcellent BenefitsMedical benefitsPaid Time Off/Annual LeaveEmployee Referral BonusCareer Advancement Opportunities
