Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Horticulturist based in Columbus, OH. The Horticulturist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing landscape maintenance, performing standard gardening practices, monitoring plant health, and developing sustainable landscaping solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing irrigation systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring optimal plant care through seasonal maintenance. Qualifications Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping techniquesHands-on experience with Gardening and a solid understanding of BotanyKnowledge and practical skills in Irrigation systems managementStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in outdoor environments and adapt to changing weather conditionsDegree or certification in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field is preferredPest and disease management experience is a plusA valid driver's license and reliable transportation
