You position the community as a lifestyle choice by understanding what matters to each prospect and guiding them to a confident decision.Key areas of focus include:Build trust with prospects and residents by listening, anticipating needs, and delivering solutionsConvert leads to tours and tours to leases through consistent follow-up and value-driven communicationCreate and contribute to social media content that reflects the energy and positioning of the communityExecute resident events that strengthen retention and community engagementMaintain weekend availability and flexibility to support peak leasing traffic and marketing eventsThis is a role for someone who is competitive, confident in the product, a market expert and understands that leasing is more than just sales, it is elevated customer service.What You Bring to the TeamYou have a solid foundation in multifamily leasing, sales, or a high-touch of customer-facing environment. Comfortable working with systems like Onesite and Funnel and have strong closing instincts with the ability to guide prospects through clear and confident communication.More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
