We are currently seeking a dependable, friendly, and safety-focused Driver to provide transportation services for our residents while delivering an exceptional customer experience.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values professionalism, and takes pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests.Position OverviewThe Driver is responsible for safely transporting residents to and from scheduled destinations while ensuring comfort, safety, and outstanding service throughout each trip. This position also supports vehicle inspections, trip documentation, and general transportation operations within the community.The ideal candidate is reliable, courteous, attentive to detail, and committed to providing compassionate service to residents and team members alike.What You'll DoSafely transport residents and guests to and from assigned destinations using company vehiclesProvide exceptional customer service by welcoming residents and assisting passengers as neededAssist individuals with disabilities and ensure all riders feel comfortable and supportedMaintain accurate trip logs before and after each scheduled routeInspect vehicles for cleanliness, damage, tire pressure, and fluid levelsRefuel vehicles as necessary and report maintenance or repair needs promptlyDocument and immediately report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle damageFollow all company safety procedures, policies, and transportation guidelinesMaintain a professional appearance and represent the community positively at all timesCommunicate clearly and professionally with residents, families, and fellow team membersBuild positive working relationships across the communityParticipate in safety training and required certificationsSupport additional responsibilities as assigned by the Executive DirectorWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid, clean, and up-to-date driver's license requiredStrong commitment to safety and customer serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, dependable, and compassionate demeanorAbility to remain calm and responsive in a variety of situationsComfortable using communication devices and basic technology toolsAbility to work respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds and abilitiesAbout AllureAllure is a captive property management company with 17 assets under management across a national portfolio which includes Active Adult 55+, Independent Living, and Multi-Family communities.Fundamentally, we are a culture of dynamic people who want to make a difference both professionally and personally.
