Job Title: Staff Solution Program Manager Job Location: Acton, MA (Hybrid) Job Duration: 07 Months Description:This position is responsible for the delivery of programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish.The Staff Solution Program Manager demonstrates solution ownership and guides teams through program execution process to realize strategic objectives of the franchises they support.The Staff SPM uses professional program management concepts and frameworks in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in a creative and effective way and exercises a balance of independent judgment and group organization in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Responsibilities:Responsible for planning, program management, and on-time delivery of major strategic priorities and complex large-scale system releases supporting the franchise programs across multiple Agile Solution Delivery trains.Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams.Maintain and update project schedule and dependencies integrated with Agile teams, ARTs, and Solutions PI PlansLead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings for assigned program(s)Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established computer systems validation procedures.Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program successAssist Product Owners and core teams in problem solving and scenario analysis to assess impact of change requestsProvide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess impact of PI Planning output to overall planAdhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies.Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand.Perform other duties as required. Key Decision Rights:Contributes to 24-month program roadmap & supporting detailed integrated project plan, identification and communication of major programs risks, issues, and blockers impacting overall program deliveryInfluences program timelines, budget, and priorities, change management of any changes impacting overall program timelinRequired Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & BehaviorsStrong influence management skills track record of influencing behaviorsExcellent communication, collaboration, problem solving, and people skillsDesire to learn and to help teams continuously improveCourage to challenge & advise various stakeholders, including senior leaders Required Skills and Competencies:SDLC and Infrastructure Program Management experienceAgile/SAFe certification and transformation experienceProject management certification preferredExperience leading development, testing, and launch of hardware, software, and cloud systemsExperienced working with Agile teams to develop and launch strategic programs against concreate deadlinesKnowledge of computer systems validation and QMS complianceDemonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environmentProficient in the following computer software applications: MS 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project, Outlook, Teams), Miro, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Timeline ProHelpful to have working knowledge or familiarity with:Agile applications (Jira & Confluence)CRM Environments (SalesForce, Marketing Cloud)ERP system (SAP)Integration (Mulesoft)PLM & QMS applications (Arena)PPM tools (Clarity) Education and Experience:Bachelor's DegreeAt least 10 years of overall work experience in a technical discipline and 5 years of demonstrated experience in a program management role
