You will collaborate closely with various departments—including operations, product development, sales, and leadership—to identify trends, solve problems, and recommend data-backed solutions.Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sourcesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and anomaliesCreate clear reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholdersDevelop and maintain KPI tracking tools to monitor business performancePartner with business units to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirementsProvide recommendations based on data insights to improve efficiency, revenue, and customer satisfactionSupport the design and execution of A/B tests and other quantitative experimentsEnsure data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulationsRequired Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (or equivalent work experience)6+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence4+ years of business analyst experienceProficiency in SQL for querying databasesStrong skills in at least one analytics or BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, macros)Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniquesExcellent communication skills for translating data into actionable recommendationsExperience with data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google BigQuery)Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysisRequirements gathering and documentation skills through interviews, surveys, and workshopsProcess modeling and improvement experience (flowcharts, UML, BPMN)Strategic planning and decision-making capabilities using data to balance risks and opportunitiesUS Citizens and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
