Compensation & Benefits$85,000–$175,000 average annual earnings (performance-based)$4,000 a Month GuranteeHealth insurance (including a 100% company-paid option)Dental, vision, and life insurancePTO6 paid holidays + 1 floating holiday (your birthday month )Company vehicle + gas cardCompany-paid cell phone & tabletWhat You'll DoService residential HVAC systems throughout the Charleston metro areaTroubleshoot, diagnose, and clearly explain solutions to homeownersPerform maintenance, repairs, and system cleaningEnsure systems meet company standards and local/state codesWork alongside and mentor HVAC Service ApprenticesRequirements1+ year of HVAC experience (residential preferred)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass background and pre-employment screeningsStrong customer service and communication skillsScheduleMonday–FridayRotating weekends and on-call shiftsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
