A regional hospital in Charleston, West Virginia is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for ongoing inpatient locum tenens coverage starting March 2026. This collaborative NICU role pairs two NNPs on shift when possible to manage a census of up to 30 neonatal patients, with on-site neonatologist support and attending physician backup available within 30 minutes for night coverage.Shift options are flexible — 6, 16, or 24-hour blocks — making this a strong fit for experienced NNPs who want variety in their scheduling. Routine neonatal procedures are expected, board certification is negotiable, and malpractice is fully covered.
