This is more than an internship, it's the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.Location: MiamiExpected start date to end date: ASAP 6–12 monthsAs part of SAP's Customer Success & Advocacy organization in the Americas, you will help scale how SAP identifies, develops, and amplifies customer success stories — with a specific focus on expanding Spanish-language engagement across North, Central, and South America.Your work will directly support sales teams, partners, and executive stakeholders by transforming customer conversations into high-impact, design-forward storytelling assets.In this role, you will:Conduct and support Spanish-language customer discovery calls to identify potential reference candidatesHelp expand SAP's storytelling footprint across Spanish-speaking marketsUse Microsoft Copilot to draft and refine customer success narrativesDesign social graphics, internal assets, and customer story materials using Canva and/or PhotoshopRepackage long-form success stories into short-form internal amplification assetsMaintain and update assets within SAP Digital Library and internal systemsTrack engagement and usage through reporting tools and dashboardsContribute to scalable AI-assisted workflows that improve storytelling efficiencyWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related fieldFluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI writing tools in structured workflowsStrong graphic design capability using Canva and/or Adobe PhotoshopComfort working with enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel)Strong written communication skills with attention to narrative clarityAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environmentNice to HaveExperience editing short-form video content (Premiere Pro, Rush, or similar)Exposure to AI video tools such as SynthesiaExperience supporting marketing, sales enablement, or storytelling initiativesInterest in customer advocacy, partner marketing, or enterprise communicationsWhere You BelongCulture of Collaboration: Partner with experienced SAP colleagues and expert mentors who will support your growth. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 – 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
