Production Supervisor

Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role based in the Washington DC-Baltimore area. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the production floor, manage production schedules and planning, and ensure quality and efficiency in output. This role involves leading a team of production staff, coordinating workflow, and implementing strategies to meet production goals. The successful candidate will prioritize safety, quality, and timely delivery while fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications Exceptional Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams effectivelyProven expertise in Production Planning and Production Schedules to optimize workflow and meet deadlinesExperience in Production Management to improve operational efficiency and tackle production challengesStrong Communication skills to relay information clearly and facilitate teamworkKnowledge of workplace safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environmentProficiency in monitoring and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)Previous experience in aviation or manufacturing industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field preferred
