The overall responsibilities of this role are to:Develop and sustain a Business Strategy designed to gain or protect market shareProvide basic technical service to Amrize customers in the territoryLead the territory Marketing and Sales efforts within the Business UnitMonitor the quality and performance of Amrize and competitive products in the territory.Position involves travel as needed to meet with customers and attend business unit and district meetings.Position Location: This is a remote position based from a personal home office. The candidate must live within the Front Range sales territory of Colorado.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHCreates clear business strategy for key accounts (e.g. increase share, account penetration, protect existing base, etc.)Develops, maintains and strengthens customer relationshipsDevelops revenue and product goals that are time-bound, realistic, and achievableUnderstands how to deliver value to customers (Performance Innovations, if applicable) and uses value selling strategiesDevelops plans to maximize the potential of accounts and efficient use of time; uses good account management practicesProvides technical assistance and utilizes resources as needed to satisfy basic product and customer issuesResolves basic customer product and technical problemsGathers territory intelligence on all market products and creates a realistic succession pipeline of customers that can be sold if other volumes are lostTracking and management of major sales opportunities as they progress through the selling processDemonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOREducation: Bachelor's degreeField of Study Preferred: Business, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent degreeRequired Work Experience: 3-5 years in the construction materials industryRequired Technical Skills: Google suite, SAP, Salesforce, QlikviewTravel Requirements: 20%-30% overnight travel requiredAdditional Requirements:Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and during face-to-face interactionsCan influence without authority, and possesses managerial couragePresentation and training skillsProactive, organized, results-oriented self-starter with a high level of energy and drivePossesses integrity and Amrize valuesCollaborative, negotiator, adaptableEntrepreneurial skills, business acumen, strategistProficient in cement and concrete productsComputer literateSuccessful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
