Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A short-term opportunity is available for an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support across multiple school sites in Morgan Hill, CA. This full-time, on-site position will cover a maternity leave, offering a dynamic environment working with pre-kindergarten through high school students.Key Responsibilities:Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students across 3 to 4 school locations, including elementary, middle, K-8, and high school settingsCollaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plansConduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulationsProvide therapeutic interventions to support students' physical, sensory, and motor developmentParticipate in team meetings, IEP development, and progress reviewsQualifications and Desired Experience:Valid certification as an Occupational Therapist with school-based experience preferredProven ability to work efficiently in multiple school settings, adapting interventions to diverse student needsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to commit to a full-time, on-site role with flexible start and end dates (Late January start; 9-week initial term with potential extension through the school year)Location & Schedule:This position is based in Morgan Hill, CaliforniaFull-time hours on-site at various school locationsTravel between assigned school sites is requiredBenefits & Perks:Gain valuable experience in a school-based OT positionShort-term assignment with potential for extension through the end of the school yearSupport students across a broad age range and ability spectrumQualified Occupational Therapists seeking a rewarding, short-term role in a school environment are encouraged to apply promptly for this exciting opportunity.Compensation for this position ranges from $43.86 to $63.86.
