Senior Director of Marketing

We’re in the business of creating transformational technology and business solutions using our decades of expertise creating unique travel programs and products combined with next generation technology.The Senior Corporate Marketing Director will lead partner marketing, sales enablement, corporate communications, and event strategy to drive partner engagement and strengthen ONE’s brand presence. This role supports frontline client success and sales teams, manages PR and reputation efforts, and positions ONE as a trusted partner and industry leader.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage private labeled, customer-facing sales materials including point of sale assets and collateral, digital displays, and other sales tools created to support teams across in-person and digital sales channelsBuild and oversee a structured partner education and training program, providing sales agents and partner employees with onboarding materials, sales toolkits, and ongoing learning resources to effectively promote ONE’s private-labeled programs, products and platformsCreate and execute frontline incentive programs (contests, sales spiffs, events, etc.) to drive sales agent engagement and performance across internal and partner organizationsDevelop and manage partner-facing communications to ensure consistent, high-quality marketing support and sales enablement tools for partner sales and corporate teamsOversee hosted events designed for partner sales agents and leadership teams, including training sessions, sales contests, recognition events, and executive roundtablesLead corporate brand strategy to position ONE as a trusted and recognized partner within the industryDevelop and execute a public relations strategy to promote ONE’s expertise and capabilities, targeting relevant industry media and trade publicationsCreate and manage the distribution of press releases and corporate announcements, securing media placements in both large-scale publications and relevant industry outletsManage corporate online reputation across digital channels, ensuring consistent brand representation to support recruitment, partner acquisition, and business developmentIdentify and pursue award submissions and recognition opportunities to elevate ONE’s brand profile within the travel, loyalty and membership rewards industriesSource and secure thought leadership placements, including speaking engagements, panel participation, and contributed articles, to enhance ONE’s credibility as a category leaderLead the strategy, planning, and execution of ONE’s event marketing, managing participation at industry conferences and partner leadership events, and overseeing all aspects of branded presence, sales materials, hosted receptions, and partner activationsSupport the development of business development materials such as partner proposals, presentations, case studies, and corporate overview decks to attract and support B2B partner relationshipsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field7-10+ years of director experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, and public relations, preferably in travel, hospitality, or membership industriesStrong experience supporting sales enablement in frontline environments such as direct sales centers and/or contact call centersProven expertise in PR strategy focused on travel technology, loyalty marketing, and private-label e-commerceDemonstrated success managing media placements and industry-specific PR activitiesBackground in event marketing, partner leadership engagement, and sales contest/incentive program managementExceptional communication and project management skillsAbility to influence partner executives, industry stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and internal leadershipWillingness to travel for industry conferences, partner events, and corporate engagements as neededProficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo), digital asset management tools, and project management systems (Asana, Monday.com, or similar)Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office program and collaboration tools like Teams, Slack, or ZoomWhat we offer:Exclusive Team Member Travel DiscountsAffordable Medical Insurance100% Employer Paid Dental and Vision InsuranceHSA with Company Contribution401(k)Basic and Voluntary Life & AD&DPet BenefitsCovered ParkingAmazing Culture!
