Find out more about our flexible work culture at computershare.com/flex .We give you a world of potentialComputershare has an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Senior Project Manager to join our PMO department within our Computershare Communications Services (CCS) team.A role you will love In this role, you will be responsible for the facilitation and execution of customer and internal stakeholder projects. You will ensure all projects are delivered within defined timelines and scope utilizing the defined governance, methodology and processes. You’ll also provide program level governance. As a Senior within the team, you will also share your expertise with Project Managers through mentorship and coaching.Other Key Responsibilities IncludeCompleting accountability of solution design, requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing and deploymentDefining, maintaining, and communicating project tasks and risks for multiple projects utilizing defined project management processes and methodologiesManaging customer and internal stakeholder expectations including the facilitation of meetings and deliverablesDeveloping and maintaining productive working relationships with business owners, project sponsors, solution consultants, business analysts, architects, programmers, testers, and customersDeveloping and providing project status reports to internal and external stakeholdersWhat will you bring to the role? 7+ years’ experience executing projectsExperience with Project Management software (PPM) such as MS Project, Planwell, Clarity, or similar softwareExperience with planning, managing, and tracking multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience coordinating, encouraging and motivating internal teamsProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)Professionalism, high level of integrity, and a results orientated focusProven track record of successful project delivery and executionAbility to develop and maintain relationships (internally and externally)Excellent written skillsBonus Points If You HavePMP CertificationUnderstanding of Change Management methodologiesKnowledge of SDLC and Project Management methodologiesExperience delivering/executing projects utilizing Waterfall and/or Agile methodologiesExperience working with remote teamsBachelor's degree in related disciplineRewards designed for youPaid parental leave, flexible working and a caring and inclusive cultureHealth and wellbeing rewards that can be tailored to support you and your family, including paid time off, observed holidays, medical, dental and vision plansInvest in your future with 401k matching, setting aside salary to purchase shares in our company and tax-advantaged flexible spending plans, including healthcare, dependent care and commuterIncome protection.
