This on-site role involves producing fresh, hand-crafted ice cream for our Creamery, preparing high-quality menu items for guests, and ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently. Primary responsibilities include measuring and combining ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and contributing to the overall culinary experience of our offerings.QualificationsExperience in food preparation, including measuring, mixing, and cooking techniquesKnowledge of creating high-quality ice cream or similar dessertsAbility to operate and maintain kitchen and dairy equipmentAttention to detail to ensure adherence to recipes and food safety standardsStrong organizational and time management skillsCommitment to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environmentPassion for food and hospitality with a focus on exceptional guest experiencesFlexibility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentTwo years minimum previous food service or culinary experience requiredAbility to work on-site in Jonesborough, TNServe Safe Certification requiredAbility to lift up to 25 pounds, carry, stand for long periods of timeWillingness to work most Saturdays and some evenings
