What You’ll Do You’ll take full ownership of field execution across complex commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. Project & Crew Leadership Lead projects or scopes up to 200,000 man-hours Supervise multiple foremen and up to 100 field employees Drive productivity, accountability, and culture across the jobsite Make hiring, staffing, and performance decisions for your team Execution & Field Operations Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project plans Coordinate and install: Conduit systems (EMT, GRC, IMC) Cable tray and large cable pulls Switchgear, transformers, and distribution systems Fire alarm and control systems Oversee layout, underground work, and equipment installation Ensure all work meets NEC and project specifications Safety & Quality Enforce safety standards and lead weekly safety inspections Maintain OSHA compliance and jobsite discipline Own site security, cleanliness, and organization Team Development Train and mentor electricians, apprentices, and foremen Set expectations and hold the line on performance Build crews that can execute without constant oversight What You Bring 10+ years in the electrical field 10+ years of supervisory experience leading crews in the field Proven ability to run large-scale commercial or industrial jobs Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices Ability to lead through both authority and respect OSHA 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain immediately) What Makes You Stand Out You don’t wait to be told — you anticipate and act You can manage multiple priorities without losing control of the job You hold people accountable and develop them You’re just as comfortable talking to leadership as you are walking the field Work Environment Active construction sites (heat, cold, heights, confined spaces) Physical work, including lifting, climbing, and operating equipment Use of PPE and adherence to strict safety standards Why Enterprise Solutions Large, complex projects that actually challenge you Leadership that values execution and results Opportunity to run meaningful work — not just manage tasks A team environment where strong leaders stand out quickly Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
