Maintenance Technician (3rd shift)

If you enjoy tackling challenges while having the opportunity to go above and beyond, you will feel right at home.What You’ll Be Doing Troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving system components, including:Working knowledge of complex electrical controls and circuit analysis. Able to use multi-meter to troubleshoot.Understanding of safety controls including light curtains and safety scanners. Able to connect and troubleshoot PLC/devices and repair/replace as neededWorking knowledge of complex industrial automation systems and equipment, including CNC Machining Center (Mazak and Okuma controls preferred)Operate manual equipment for repair (Lathe, Mill, vertical and horizontal saw)Advanced PLC logic understanding (XFER, MOVE and arithmetic data)Advanced mechanical skills to repair equipmentWorking knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic controls (understands schematic and symbols)Working knowledge of robotic applications with PLC integration (Motoman robotics experience preferred)Repairing and maintaining MIG welding equipmentUse of knowledge and understanding of basic welding fundamentals, including:Shielding gas types and ratiosCircuit continuity confirmationCalibration of voltage, wire feed rate, and gas flowUnderstanding of weld fume health impactWork unscheduled overtime to complete assigned jobs to ensure meeting of production goalsAbility to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerAdditional duties as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED requires4 years of previous maintenance experience preferredWhat Sets You ApartStrong communication skillsContinual learningInterpersonal skills/respect for peopleTeam player - Willingness to share knowledgeResourcefulness/initiativeCustomer-focusedWhere And When You’ll WorkThis is an in-person role located at our Columbus, Indiana office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:Hourly Wage - $31 - $44 per hour + OT (when needed).
