Insulation Installer

Full-time | Steady work | Room to move upPay Range: $20.00-$40.00 an hour, depending on experience.What Your Day Looks LikeYou'll start early, either meeting at the shop or heading directly to the jobsite.After loading materials and completing a quick safety check, the crew gets to work. You'll install insulation in walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspaces.You'll be working in a variety of conditions, depending on the job site and season, with safety procedures and proper equipment in place. You'll work until the job is done and then head home.Who You'll Work WithYou'll be part of a small crew led by an experienced foreman. Team members look out for one another, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right.If you show up on time, follow safety guidelines, and are willing to learn, you'll feel supported and welcomed.What You'll Be DoingLoad and track materials on trucksSet up ladders or scaffoldingCut and install insulation to fit walls, ceilings, attics, and crawlspacesStaple, glue, nail, wire, or run equipment for loose-fill or foam insulationDrive a company vehicle when needed and keep it cleanFollow all job site safety proceduresWhat We're Looking ForReliable transportationConstruction or installation experience is a plus (we will train the right person)Comfortable using hand toolsAble to work in tight spaces and at heightsAble to lift 50 lbsAble to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for long periodsBilingual is a plus, not requiredA valid driver's license is required for tasks involving the transportation of equipment or travel between sitesThe Physical Side (So You Know What to Expect)Includes lifting and carrying heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), bending, squatting, and climbing ladders. The role requires working in confined spaces, crawling, and reaching overhead. Manual dexterity is needed for using hand and power tools. An insulation installer must also be able to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures while adhering to safety standards.
