Our Breakfast Host will ensure that our guests are satisfied and will look forward to another awesome experience with us!Job ResponsibilitiesConsistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests; interact with guests and answer questions that guests may have pertaining to their dining experience; become familiar with our hotel, services offered, hours of operation, nearby places of interest, etc.Set up and maintain the hot "On the House" breakfast and breakfast bar each morning by following the hotel franchise breakfast guidelines; be familiar with breakfast items and beverage choicesCollapse breakfast bar and dining area each morning; replenish and restock breakfast items to prepare for the next day; communicate with hotel management regarding inventory of all breakfast products and any additional feedbackMaintain cleanliness of work area throughout the shift that meet the county health codes and the hotel quality assurance requirements; practice clean-as-you-go procedures for breakfast bar, dining and preparation areasMonitor and continually replenish breakfast bar as needed to ensure guests have a variety of breakfast items to select from; ensure that the breakfast display and dining area are always clean and appealingComply with sanitation regulations, guidelines and safety standards pertaining to food products; protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety guidelinesPerform other tasks as necessary or required to meet or exceed guest satisfactionProfessional ExperienceHigh-school graduate or equivalent and a minimum of six months work-related experience (food and beverage, waitstaff/server, banquet experience - preferred)Excellent customer service skillsIndustry ExperiencePrevious experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)Previous experience as Server or Waitstaff (preferred)Required SkillsMust be flexible to work varied schedulesExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to listen attentivelyMust have the physical ability to walk, bend, and stand for long time periodsMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs.Must adhere to grooming and appearance standards in alignment with uniformEssential SkillsAbility to express compassion while remaining composed; ability to remain calm and focused while working under pressurePromote the property by demonstrating a "top-notch" attitude toward our guests which includes anticipating the guests needs be proactiveEnsure that you are always a positive representation of the property; embrace and respect diversity and multi-cultural environmentsBenefitsRAM Hotels hires the best people, we work extremely hard to provide benefits that make work-life balance that much more enjoyable.
