We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Lead the migration of patient care and management analyses, reports, queries, and dashboards to a major cloud platform.• Leverage expertise in government healthcare data and analytics, including specific legacy systems and databases, to support analytics service lines.• Apply advanced skills in metadata management, data modeling, and query optimization.• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify architectural migration patterns and resolve data/system dependencies.• Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including healthcare professionals, IT staff, and leadership.• Document technical processes and create high-quality migration documentation.What You'll Need• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience of 12+ years.• Proven experience working with specific government healthcare data sources and databases.• Expertise in metadata management, data modeling, and query optimization.• Demonstrated ability to identify architectural migration patterns and resolve dependencies.• Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.• Experience with virtual and/or cloud-based servers and applications is highly preferred.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($75,000) plus bonus potential.• Access to a Learning & Development platform with certification preparation content.• Opportunities for training, education, and certification assistance.• A flexible work environment and a collaborative team culture.Apply via Haystack today!
