The Therapist will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy services as well as developing and implementing treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, maintaining progress documentation, and coordinating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Qualifications Proficiency in clinical assessment and treatment planningExpertise in providing individual, group, and family therapyStrong communication and active listening abilitiesExcellent case management and record-keeping skillsKnowledge of best practices and evidence-based therapeutic techniquesEmpathy, cultural competence, and the capacity to build trusting relationshipsMaster's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related fieldLicensure or certification in a related field (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) is requiredExperience with at-risk populations is highly beneficialProficiency with relevant documentation and reporting systems is a plus
