Program Manager

Requirements Program Management includes both engineering and technical management and support in highly qualified specialties. Highly successful individuals in this category meet the following education and experience requirements: > At least 20 years of experience in program management. A master's degree in engineering management, computer science, information systems, or Business administrations may be substituted for 6 years experience. A bachelor's degree in one of these areas may be substituted for 4 years of experience. PMP certification may be substituted for 2 years experience. (Max. of 6 years experience based on education.) > At least 5 years of work experience must be in managing large programs (over $5 million). > At least 5 years experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting. > Demonstrated expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas. > A strong technical background and at least 5 years of significant experience in systems engineering of IA products, systems, or solutions.
