Preferred City of Residence: Dallas or HoustonTerritory: TX/OKOperating room (OR) experience requiredHunter mentality requiredHemodynamic experience preferredRegional Travel Required (75%)Compensation:OTE: $115,000+Job SummaryThe Perioperative Specialist will generate Hemodynamic Monitoring (HDM) sales within a portfolio of accounts in accordance with agreed targets and maximize company profitability.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and effectively execute territory-level business plans, including analysis of territory data, environmental scans, identification of opportunities and risks, development of account/customer plans, and alignment with national strategy.Maximize sales-focused face-to-face customer interactions.Identify, validate, and develop new sales opportunities through customer mapping and resource planning.Liaise with local Key Opinion Leaders and influencers to stay informed on HDM research, trends, and competitive activity while promoting the company as a key player in the HDM market.Build customer advocacy that enables HDM products to be recommended and used for appropriate patients.Maintain and leverage CRM tools to assess and adjust investment alignment with opportunities.Adhere to all company principles, policies, safety standards, and local regulations.Participate in meetings, events, coordination efforts, and conferences as assigned.Minimum & Preferred Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum QualificationsMinimum 2 years of successful sales or related business development experience in the medical device industry.Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring is a plus.Preferred QualificationsAbility to identify opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.High learning agility to adapt within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Self-motivated, results-driven, with proven negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.Creative, solution-oriented, with strong presentation skills.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong organizational skills.Ability to work independently.Strong problem-solving skills.Travel may be required outside the designated region/area.Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record required.EducationBachelor’s degree required.
