Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting• Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for management• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes• Manage SharePoint sites and develop weekly announcements• Enter and analyze data, forecast potential funding impacts, and draft formal memos• Validate project data and perform updates in various government systemsWhat You'll Need• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; or equivalent experience• 3+ years of experience in data management and analysis• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint• Experience with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat (including form development)• Familiarity with government automated systems such as NexGen IT and FM Suite is desired• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent quantitative abilitiesWhat's On Offer• Competitive salary commensurate with experience• Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K• Opportunity to support vital government missions• A hybrid work environment offering a balance of in-office and remote workApply via Haystack today!
