Our client has won significant industry accolades and is a very successful award winning privately held technology firm, which provides their Account Development Manager team the tools to have literally uncapped earnings and career upward mobility.The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in inside/outside sales in the Information Technology area promoting managed services, general IT services or HW/SW implementations. Candidate must excel at collaboration, teamwork, and being a self-starter. Independence, exceptional organizational skills, time management, follow-up and follow-through, written communication and sales process understanding are necessary.CompensationStarting base salary will be commensurate to experience. Additional commissions are uncapped.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToThe goal is to perform a two-yearly relationship building meetings with the client base and the recurring sales pushes (5-8/year) to the entire base.Mostly SME (small medium enterprise), they usually have compliance and compute requirements. 20-800 users is common.Build and maintain relationships with customers (CEO’s, CIO’s, VP’s Director’s, Project Managers, etc.)QualificationsCollege Degree and 2-5 years of sales experience in an Information Technology fieldStrong understanding of multistage sales cyclesSelf-motivated and eager to learnDemonstrated hunting skills in pursuing new customersProven B2B sales resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, superior telephone etiquette, and social media prowessMust be an absolute team player, have a strong work ethic, be highly motivated and upbeatStrong focus on quality of work and ability to self-check work for accuracyRequired to work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and characterDemonstrated interpersonal and customer service skills within a fast-paced business environmentU.S. Citizen Required
