Full Stack Engineer- Power Apps
Position SummaryResolve Tech is seeking a Full Stack Engineer with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform experience to design, develop, and support modern business applications and enterprise solutions.This role will be responsible for building scalable front-end and back-end applications while leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to rapidly deliver workflow automation, internal applications, integrations, and business process solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering foundation, hands-on experience with modern web development technologies, and practical experience developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365 services.The Full Stack Engineer will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product teams, and other engineers to translate business requirements into secure, maintainable, and scalable technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and enterprise business solutions.Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar technologies.Build and maintain backend services, APIs, integrations, and business logic using technologies such as C#, .NET, Node.js, or similar frameworks.Design and develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.Create automated business processes and workflows using Power Automate.Configure and develop solutions utilizing Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources.Integrate Power Platform applications with internal and external systems through APIs, custom connectors, Microsoft 365 services, and Azure technologies.Develop reusable components, services, APIs, and application frameworks to support enterprise development standards.Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and data-related issues across development, test, and production environments.Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Support application lifecycle management, source control, release management, and CI/CD processes.Follow secure development practices and organizational standards related to authentication, authorization, data protection, and application security.Maintain technical documentation, including application architecture, integrations, APIs, deployment procedures, and support documentation.Identify opportunities to improve existing applications, automate manual processes, and increase operational efficiency through technology.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.3+ years of software development or full-stack engineering experience.Hands-on experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.Strong experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, or similar frameworks.Experience developing backend applications, APIs, or services using C#, .NET, Node.js, Java, or similar technologies.Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and web services.Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies.Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), object-oriented programming, application architecture, and design principles.Experience with source control platforms such as Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, API Management, or Azure SQL.Experience developing Power Platform custom connectors, PCF components, or advanced Dataverse solutions.Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft 365 services.Familiarity with Power Platform governance, environments, security roles, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployment.Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.Familiarity with cloud-native application architecture and microservices.Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as
