These tasks must be completed to an efficient and accurate standard to ensure smooth outbound operations. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Retrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently, using our handheld scanning devices and ERP system, completed on foot or using forklift equipmentSort and consolidate picked items using handheld scanning devices, preparing customer orders for shipment processingPack products accurately and securely using our internal SPS system, focusing on providing an excellent customer experienceOperate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers, following all established protocols and promoting safe working standardsMeet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of workMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goalsAbide by all company and warehouse policiesFlex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operationWork Hours1st Shift: Monday to Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:30 PMPhysical RequirementsWork is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.
