We are seeking energetic, highly motivated, and take-charge individuals who are seeking a challenging and exciting opportunity to join a well-established, profitable, and growing company.Here is how YOU would help benefit the team:Job Responsibilities:Ability to follow standardized work and adhere to safework practices in a continuous improvement environmentExperience in a manufacturing environment is a plusPerform necessary pre-operation activities to ensureproper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipmentOperate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment duringoperation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stopsCommunicate with team members and support teams toensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levelswith minimal wasted time and materialsHousekeepingMilling top skills & proficiencies:Knowledge of CNC Vertical MillingAbility to Read Blueprints, Schematics and ManualsAnalytical Skills using micrometers, calipers, gagesWork from blueprints to identifycomponent/manufacturing specificationsSet-up and operate CNC Vertical MillsSelect Proper feeds and speedsAbility to check parts to specifications using gaugesand related measuring devicesAbility to inspect parts and make adjustments accordingto blueprint specificationsPerform basic troubleshooting and make appropriateadjustmentsRotate between various department work centers asrequiredAbility to program using G&M CodeJob Qualifications :Five (5) years experience in manufacturingWorking knowledge of equipment and toolsOperate material handling equipmentAble to read, write, and count in EnglishAbility to lift 40lbs
