We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Distribution Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive operational excellence within our warehouse and logistics environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping processes.If you are a hands-on leader with a passion for continuous improvement, team development, and delivering outstanding service levels, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoOversee all aspects of distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and returnsLead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors and warehouse associatesDrive performance through KPIs focused on efficiency, accuracy, safety, and service levelsChampion a culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsImplement Lean methodologies to improve productivity and reduce wasteOptimize warehouse layout, workflows, and material handling to increase throughput and control costsManage inventory control processes to minimize shrinkage and maximize accuracyOversee labor planning, staffing, budgets, and equipment maintenancePartner cross-functionally with supply chain, transportation, procurement, and customer service teamsBuild strong vendor and carrier relationshipsPromote employee engagement through recognition, communication, and alignment with company valuesContinuously identify and implement process improvementsWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)4–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center managementProven experience leading large teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop employeesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and waste reductionWorking knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control best practicesCommitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellenceOSHA certification or safety training (preferred)DisclaimersNothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.LeMans Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
