Summer 2026First Aid Office ManagerPayrate is based on education and experience. Full time, seasonal position.Hours are 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. (some flexibility)Minimum Qualifications:High School DiplomaCurrent EMT certificationCurrent CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to employment.Ability to receive instruction and supervision.Ability to utilize technology to document treatment and for camper medication tracking.Ability to communicate effectively with staff, campers and parents.Willingness to help in other areas of camp when the First Aid office is not busy.Age 18 or olderEnthusiasm, sense of humor, patience, and self-controlPreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a summer camp settingHigh energy, lots of creativity, ability to remain cool under pressure.Under the direction of the Camp Director, the first aid office supervisor will:Manage first aid office operations including first aid treatment, medication distribution, caring for sick or injured campers or staff.Make sure paperwork is completed in a timely manner including health and medication logs.Maintain confidentiality, insuring that HIPPA policies and standards are met.Know and understand camp emergency procedures as well as participate in any emergency drills.Communicate with parents/guardians as needed on any camper concerns; Log all communication.Communicate needs of any staff/campers needing doctor/hospital/ambulance attentionFollow all policies in The Campus Chester County Employee Handbook and Summer Camp Addendum
