Junior Data Analyst

We are currently seeking a Junior Data Analyst / BI Developer to support data-driven initiatives for a growing team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience building end-to-end data processes and delivering meaningful business insights through data visualization. This in a consulting opportunity and can be 100% work from home.Key ResponsibilitiesExtract, manipulate, and analyze data using Python, R, and/or SQLPerform data retrieval, data cleansing, and data compilation activitiesDevelop and maintain reporting solutions and dashboardsCreate actionable data visualizations that support business decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insightsSupport end-to-end data processes from source data through final visualizationQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience0–1 years of professional experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)Experience with Python, R, and/or SQLUnderstanding of data retrieval, data cleansing, and data compilation techniquesExperience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and reportingStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with Alteryx is preferred
