Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Lead patient assessments to proactively identify changes in condition, ensuring timely interventions and a safe environment for healing.+ Administer medications and treatments with precision, while vigilantly monitoring patient responses to ensure the highest standards of clinical safety.+ Empower patients and families through personalized education, providing the tools and knowledge they need for a successful recovery and long-term wellness after discharge.+ Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to execute therapeutic services and lab tests, acting as a critical link in the delivery of high-quality, holistic care.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
