Medical Laboratory Technician Location: Athol, MA Agency: Conflux Systems Inc Pay: $48 to $50 per hour Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Top Priority Skills & Experience Meditech experience Roche Analyzers experience Basic Blood Bank experience: ABO Rh Antibody Screen DAT Crossmatch Experience working independently in a small hospital setting Venipuncture skills Job Summary The MLS/MLT performs a wide range of laboratory procedures across all clinical laboratory departments while exercising independent judgment and assisting in the evaluation of current procedures. The role works closely with supervisors and coworkers to complete patient testing, quality control, correlation studies, and special projects. The ideal candidate actively participates in specimen collection procedures and demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
