Please contact Human Resources if you require an accommodation.Basic FunctionCarry out day-to-day project assistant function and other contract administrative tasks contributing to the overall auditing function.Work Performed Pre-review daily incoming requests and emailing Project Managers regarding missing items Follow-up with Project Mangers to obtain missing documents and additional information Update Universal Payment Tracker as well as Conversations in PeopleSoft as daily requests are received Assist Loans & Grants Audit Director to manage incoming requests and emails from various departments Set up commitment requests in PeopleSoft at the request of the Loans & Grants Audit Director Complete projects, tasks, and other duties as assigned by the Loans & Grants Audit Director in Contract AdministrationQualifications Minimum Qualifications Education Level required: Associate degree with 3 years relevant experience may be substituted.Knowledge required: 1-2 years of experience in project management; preferably in state government, in some combination of contract administration, grant administration preferred.Contract And Financial Auditing Experience Preferred.Extensive familiarity with databases and basic computer software (Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access preferred).Good communication, writing skills.Additional CommentsSalary range as specified.Comprehensive Benefits Package.
