Project Manager - Heavy Civil Construction We are seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager with dry utilities experience to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards while working closely with field teams, subcontractors, and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project planning, scheduling, and daily coordinationManage subcontractors, suppliers, and field teamsEnsure compliance with safety and OSHA standardsOversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and field reportsTrack project budgets, costs, billing, and change ordersMaintain project schedules and coordinate construction sequencingLead project meetings and resolve project issuesBuild strong relationships with internal teams and project stakeholdersKey SkillsExperience managing heavy civil construction or infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and field operationsAbility to read construction drawings and specificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience with Primavera 6 preferred and a big plusDexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
