Senior Account Manager, Natural Resources
Job Summary: Assist the Account Executive, Broker and Producer with marketing and servicing of new and renewal business. Coordinate with production team and insurance carriers to facilitate a successful client renewal. Manage administrative functions for assigned team.Duties & Responsibilities Discuss renewal strategy meeting with A/E both internally and with clientPrepare for renewal outputs:Review certificate holder list and provide to clientCreate and maintain master certificate templatesIssue and distribute renewal certificatesIssue Auto ID cards for clients at renewal and as needed.Develop premium allocation schedules by line of businessWork with placement team to create presentations for the insured, including but not limited to proposalSend placement documents (binders, policies, posting notices etc.) to clients including managing subjectivities, and ensure that the transmittal documents are maintained in compliance with established standards.Manage the processing of premium payments:Determine if Premium Financing is needed and obtain quotesReceivables - process and deliver invoices to client including checking receivables amounts for accuracyPayables - collect and review for accuracy carrier invoicesWork with CAC accounting, financing and surplus lines teams to ensure both receivables and payables are closed out in a timely manner.Complete any necessary forms for surplus lines tax filingsManage the processing of checking policies:Follow up with carriers for timely issuance of the policyEnsure policies are filed in compliance with established standards (ie Agency Management System / Platform etc)Send policies to Resource Pro for policy checking, along with necessary source documentsWork with account team to reconcile any deficiencies noted on policy check reportSend policies to clients including reporting of any necessary corrective endorsementsManage collection and transmittal of any necessary correcting endorsementsResponsible for maintaining client file in the Agency Management System and shared drive in compliance with established standards including filing of key documents (i.e policies, endorsements, invoices, Autos ID Cards, Certificates, Audits etc.)Monitor expiration dates of all policiesHandle ad hoc requests for certificates, auto id cards, endorsementsNew clients:Set up in Agency Management System (EPIC or other similar system)Work with Brokers to obtain copies of policies from carriersRequest and review prior brokers Schedule of Insurance, recreate for CACRequest and review certificate copies and an excel schedule, update as needed and import into CAC’s certificate management system.Request, review and recreate for CAC the Auto ID CardsDevelop and maintain account handling instructionsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred7 -10 plus years of relevant work experience requiredState specific license is requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of professionalism and confidentialityAbility to train other team members in Duties & Responsibilities of Account Manager roleManage assigned duties with independent decision-making authorityStrong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel & PowerPointPreferred proficiency in ECerts and EPIC or other equivalent Agency Management SystemCACH, LLC and its employing subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
