Warehouse Lead, 1st Shift Position - Compton, CAPayrate $21.25Empire Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a strong Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily operations in a fast paced warehouse environment. This role will require resumes, and interviews will be requested.Responsibilities:Supervise daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, material handling)Lead and manage staff, including training and performance supportOversee inventory using WMS / AS400 systemsImprove processes for efficiency, accuracy, and safetyEnsure compliance with OSHA and all safety standardsCoordinate logistics with 3PL partnersMaintain accurate inventory and shipping recordsRequirements: Able to work overtime, including weekendsBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plusBasic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory controlExperience with WMS, AS400, and logistics systemsMechanical knowledge and experience operating forklifts or heavy lifting equipment are preferred.Strong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of OSHA standards3PL or e-commerce experience is a plusDetail-oriented and highly organizedSchedule: 1st Shift - 6:30 AM startOvertime and weekend availability requiredPlease call our office at 310-982-6529#ZR
