CHOP recognizes the critical importance of a workforce rich in varied backgrounds and experiences and engages in ongoing efforts to achieve that through equally varied and non-discriminatory means.A Brief OverviewThis role manages program services and/or clinical operations and is responsible for short and long-term operational goals and objectives.What You Will DoManage program strategy, planning and operationsOversee program development including policies, procedures, and strategiesEnsure compliance, professional standards and regulatory requirements in careLead initiatives to promote program growth, improvement and sustainabilityEstablish partnerships with and present programs to internal and external audiencesOversee the development, collection and reporting of performance metricsProvide program financial oversight, including planning/budgets, analysis and projectionsOversee the use, maintenance and optimization of program systems, databases and toolsAssist in development and execution of program outreach and advocacyHire, train, manage and develop staffOther duties and initiatives as neededEducation QualificationsBachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree Preferred Experience QualificationsAt least seven (7) years of clinical program related experience Required At least three (3) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Required At least five (5) years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience Preferred Skills and AbilitiesAdvanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office) including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent time management skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills Strong project management skills Strong conflict resolution skills Strong leadership skills Ability to influence others to accomplish tasks outside of the direct span of control Ability to gather, analyze and make recommendations/decisions based on data Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels To carry out its mission, CHOP is committed to supporting the health of our patients, families, workforce, and global community.
