Technical Advisor III
Role Overview
As a Technical Advisor III, you will act as an advanced technical resource within the support team, handling complex Microsoft 365 and Azure cases, supporting escalations from Level 2, and guiding customers through service configurations and cloud troubleshooting.
This role requires strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with the ability to independently diagnose, resolve, and document complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and chat
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure
Act as an escalation point for Level 2 Technical Advisors
Guide customers through Microsoft 365 and Azure service configurations
Deliver clear resolution summaries and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
Proactively document troubleshooting steps and solutions in ticketing systems
Collaborate with internal teams and share technical knowledge
Participate in cloud-related projects and occasionally deliver knowledge-sharing sessions
Required Qualifications
Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in technical support , including at least 2+ years supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Azure environments
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID)
Working knowledge of Azure fundamentals (identity, networking basics, resource configuration)
Experience handling escalations and complex troubleshooting scenarios
Strong documentation and ticket management experience
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Ability to work onsite in Dublin three days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, or higher)
Experience in MSP or cloud solutions provider environments
Experience guiding customers through migrations or cloud configuration changes
