AMOC Project ManagerPlanned Systems International (PSI) is an enterprise IT services company that designs, builds, secures, and operates software solutions that support mission success and operational excellence across Federal Government organizations. PSI is seeking an AMOC Project Manager to provide full-time, on-site leadership and oversight of all contract operations supporting the CBP Air and Marine Operations Center.This role is responsible for executing C4I systems maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support in alignment with mission priorities, performance standards, and contractual requirements.Essential Functions and Job ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership, management, and supervision of all contract personnel and resourcesServe as primary interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and Government stakeholdersPlan, prioritize, and manage activities aligned to real-time mission requirementsDevelop and maintain staffing plans ensuring qualified personnel coverage across all task areasOversee execution of maintenance, engineering, integration, and operational support across AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systemsEnsure adherence to schedule, cost, and performance objectivesReview work discrepancies and implement corrective actionsRepresent the contractor at all technical and programmatic meetingsManage task assignments, workforce utilization, and surge support requirementsEnsure compliance with security, quality assurance, and reporting requirementsCoordinate travel and deployment of personnel to support offsite mission needsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; experience may substituteActive Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification10+ years: Providing overall leadership, management and supervision of C4I project resources to ensure:Work standards are formulated and enforcedLeading a C4I multi-discipline teamRepresenting the company in all matters related to the contractAssigning and managing customer projectsSupervisory/management experience in engineering, communications, and/or computer related fieldsExperience supporting maintenance and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, or ISR systems in operational environmentsExperience troubleshooting complex system issues across hardware, software, and network componentsExperience working with mission equipment, maintenance tools, and COTS systemsExperience using diagnostic and test equipment to identify and resolve system faultsDemonstrated understanding of operational requirements and ability to apply technical procedures in mission environmentsPhysical DemandsAbility to work in operational environments supporting technical systemsMay require standing, walking, and limited lifting of equipmentAbility to travel and deploy to operational locations as requiredAdditional InformationTravel is required to support mission operations, system maintenance, and engineering activities across CBP operational locations. Personnel will deploy to sites including CAMOC in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, and other CONUS and OCONUS locations to perform installation, troubleshooting, integration, and sustainment of C4I, AMOSS, ISR, and telecommunications systems. Travel may be scheduled or occur on short notice in response to mission priorities or system outages. Duration may range from short-term temporary duty to extended support periods based on operational needs.
