Manager, Rebates & Contract AnalyticsSchedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite Monday through Thursday*Employment Type: Contract / Contract-to-Hire potential*Our client is a well-established organization in the healthcare space seeking a Manager, Rebates & Contract Analytics to lead a high-volume rebate function. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining finance, contract interpretation, analytical review, customer program management, and team leadership.The right person will be able to interpret customer agreements, understand rebate terms and tier structures, review complex calculations, and present meaningful insights to senior leadership and commercial stakeholders.The role will manage a team of 3 rebate analysts and will be responsible for reviewing work, guiding the team, supporting complex/manual rebate programs, and helping tell the story behind the numbers.Responsibilities:Manage and review customer rebate, discount, and allowance activity.Interpret customer agreements, rebate terms, contract language, and tier structures to ensure accurate rebate calculations.Oversee complex rebate programs that may not be fully system-driven and require manual review or analysis.Partner with contract, finance, accounting, sales, and other internal teams to ensure rebate programs are captured, calculated, and communicated accurately.Review and validate rebate calculations, customer correspondence, and supporting analysis.Review rebate terms and customer programs to identify opportunities for process improvement.Support quarterly rebate reporting and present results to senior management and sales leadership.Prepare PowerPoint presentations and communicate key trends, results, and customer performance insights.Monitor open rebate items and aging activity to support timely resolution.Partner with Finance and Accounting to support accurate accruals and reporting.Qualifications:Ok doing Contract & Contract-to-HireBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.5+ years of relevant experience in rebates, contract analytics, financial analysis, customer programs, pricing, revenue operations, or related areas.Prior people leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience.Strong analytical skills with the ability to review complex data, agreements, and calculations.Ability to interpret customer contracts, rebate terms, and business agreements.Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to leadership.Comfortable preparing presentations and explaining the “why” behind the numbers.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to make sound independent judgment decisions.Up to $60/hr
