You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.A Day in the LifeThe Sr Web Marketing Specialist will be part of our Content & Digital Experience team and will develop high-quality, user-centered digital experiences across all digital media forms. The person will build pages in the Adobe Experience Manager platform using a library of templates and components. The person in this role will collaborate with a variety of cross-discipline team members to define, produce, and review digital creative and user experience assets for multiple internal and external partners. Must have the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously and keep abreast of innovative design trends and technologies.Envision, concept, lay out, prototype, and produce high-impact interactive interfaces for all digital media forms, including site, social, mobile, and syndicated channels.Use existing page templates and components to build attention-grabbing digital experiences; develop new components and functionality as needed.Apply a user-centric design methodology and design quality assessment process throughout the execution of digital media projects.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the website.Possess a passion for great design and a natural ability to push creative boundaries.Collaborate with other members of the team to meet business partner needs and identify opportunities to improve the site experience.Exhibit strong presentation skills, including the ability to successfully sell creative work.Be comfortable working with content strategists, copywriters, senior leaders, and global business partners.Manage and prioritize assigned design-related tasks to ensure the successful delivery of projects that exceed expectations while meeting timelines and budget targets.Establish, promote, and enforce design guidelines, best practices, and standards.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. PR) locations (USD):$84,000.00 - $126,000.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
