Credit Manager

Job Title: Credit ManagerFuse3 Solutions is partnered with a strong company that is seeking a Credit Manager to oversee credit, collections, and customer account management. This role evaluates credit risk, manages receivables, and supports strong customer relationships while ensuring timely collections and accurate account maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full credit review process, including credit reports, references, and risk evaluationMonitor accounts receivable aging and perform collection activities as neededCommunicate with customers regarding account status, payments, and dispute resolutionCoordinate with sales and leadership on account decisions, escalations, and credit limitsMaintain accurate customer account records within the ERP system, including cash applications and account updatesSupport compliance efforts related to sales tax and documentation requirementsManage account actions such as holds, status changes, and third-party collection referralsSubmit invoices through third-party platforms to support collectionsMaintain organized and up-to-date credit files and documentationProvide ongoing support to customers, ensuring a positive experience and strong relationshipsAssist with additional accounting-related tasks, including reporting, audits, and month-end supportQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferredExperience in credit, collections, or accounts receivableStrong understanding of credit risk, collections processes, and customer account managementExperience working within an ERP system (Epicor Eclipse or similar preferred)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionallyThe pay range for the Credit Manager is $80k-$100k/year based on experience.
