Corporate Counsel

Our client, a privately held consumer goods corporation, is seeking to hire a Corporate Counsel level for their expanding in-house legal team. Qualified candidates 3+ years of experience with general corporate, commercial agreements, and compliance (preferred). The hired attorney will be heavily involved in the company’s compliance programs. They will also assist in handling privacy, data protection, and/or information risk management matters. Experience can be garnered in either an in-house or law firm setting.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a long-established Atlanta based organization with a track record of growth.
