Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Company: Partstat, Inc. You will work with a dynamic team to identify and convert sales opportunities within a B2B environment, focusing on building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research and networking. Initiate and develop relationships with key decision-makers. Sales Process Management: Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements. Present and demonstrate Partstats inventory supply chain solutions to prospective clients. Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs. Client Relationship Building: Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Sales Targets and Performance: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track and report sales activities and results using CRM systems. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing and service teams to align on strategies and share insights. Participate in team meetings to identify opportunities for improvement. Required Skills: Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex solutions clearly and persuasively. Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales techniques and processes. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse clients. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools. Basic understanding of inventory and supply chain management concepts. Desired Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Associates degree within Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Experience in B2B sales is a plus, preferably within the supply chain or technology solutions sectors.
