Job TypeTemporaryDescriptionPosition Overview:The Foley Entertainment Group LLC ("FEG") - which operates the National Hockey League's Vegas Golden Knights in addition to several other sports, venue, and hospitality entities - is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a temporary Retail Associate role - The Arsenal at City National Arena within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.The Arsenal Sales Associate is first and foremost responsible for providing superior customer service. They are also responsible for basic upkeep within the store, completing transactions, helping to meet visual standards, processing shipments and assisting with inventory management.Responsibilities:Provide superior customer service in accordance with organization standardsBuild relationships while creating a memorable experience for all guestsStrive to resolve customer service challenges in a professional and courteous mannerLearn about the brands and individual products carried in the store to be a resource for our guestsHelp to drive sales and reach goals with the direction of managementProcess and maintain stock by assisting in receiving, organizing, straightening and replenishing productAssist management to maintain store visuals and displays to tell a story and to allow for ease of shoppingAccurately and efficiently complete all transactions and paperwork while adhering to company policies and proceduresAll other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisorMinimum Qualifications:Prove customer service skillsPrior retail and/or sales experience is requiredPossess the highest integrity and ethical standardsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailMust have sufficient availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to push, stoop, balance, kneel, crouch and lift up to 40 poundsAbility to stand or walk up to 95% of shiftWillingness to learn how to and operate a heat press machine as needed for the businessOur CultureA detailed overview of our culture will be articulated during the interview process
