Senior AssemblerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Assembler to join our Repair and Overhaul team. This role requires strong technical skills in soldering and assembly, along with the ability to support and guide less experienced team members.Location: Tempe - AZHourly Salary Range: $19 - $24Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in AZ. Criteria such as the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer.Your Challenge:Assemble components into final configured products using process instructions, blueprints, and drawingsUtilize specialized tooling, fixtures, measuring equipment, and hand toolsRead and interpret assembly drawings, parts lists, operation sheets, and visual aidsSet up and operate machines, tooling, and test equipmentPerform rework on products based on test results following standard repair proceduresIncorporate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) into completed assembliesPerform and record measurements to ensure product complianceInspect and verify product quality at required intervalsEnsure accuracy and completeness of all work performedProvide training, guidance, and support to junior assemblers What You Bring +2 years of experience in a similar role.High School Diploma or EquivalentStrong experience with soldering and electronic assemblyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and documentationExperience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipmentProven ability to work independently with minimal supervisionPrior experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is an assetHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality standard#LI-YH1No unsolicited agency submittals please.
