Your perspective will directly inform executive decisions that define our future portfolio.This is a highly visible role where your thinking connects market reality with technology ambition—creating value for customers, the business, and the broader energy transition.What You’ll Be DoingDefine and evolve the global product strategy for Turbocor, aligning long-term opportunities with Danfoss priorities and market trends. Lead global market and competitive intelligence, translating customer needs, regulations, and sustainability drivers into clear strategic insights. Build compelling business cases for early-stage product concepts and platform investments to guide capital and resource decisions. Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, R&D, Sales, and Regional leaders to shape roadmaps and localize strategy. Influence senior leadership by presenting market perspectives and strategic recommendations that inform global planning.
