This position plays a key role in supporting customers, processing orders, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for processing customer orders and providing customers with the information needed to best understand our products and services.ResponsibilitiesReceive and accurately process customer orders via phone, website, email, and EDI systemsProcess internal orders for specialty and house accountsMaintain customer-specific order processing proceduresProvide knowledgeable assistance regarding product availability, pricing, and servicesContact customers daily to confirm order details and specificationsResearch and resolve shipping, pricing, delivery, and invoice discrepanciesReview and manage customer backordersHandle customer concerns and complaints professionallySupport the outside sales team with administrative tasksCoordinate with transportation/logistics departments for shipping quotesProcess National Account and end-user billing transactionsPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications2–3 years of customer service and/or call center experience preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong multitasking and organizational abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumeStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsProfessional attitude with strong customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We OfferCompetitive benefitsStable, growing companyTeam-oriented work environmentIf you are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with customers, we encourage you to apply and become part of the BZO team.Apply today!
