Automotive Service Lane Coordinator

Service Lane Coordinator Responsibilities Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled Oversee service orders and flow of drive lane Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department Set schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations Service Lane Coordinator Qualifications Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction Above-average energy level A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization Personal and professional integrity Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
